At Heathmere, the children’s learning is purposeful, empowering them to be ambitious for their future. Heathmere benefits from specialist teachers in Maths and English, who train teachers at Heathmere and other schools. The school also employs specialist teachers for gymnastics, dance, music and art, so the curriculum is dynamic and innovative, while preparing children for their future. Reading is at the heart of our curriculum. Children are expected to read daily and we have a well-stocked library. Heathmere is an inclusive school. We have high expectations for all children and want them to be successful as they move to secondary school and beyond.
